Skin
I have been bathing twice a day really trying to exfoliate my skin, bout i have also been looking into products to buy i have acne marks and was considering getting a microdermabrasion, i researched the chemical peels and i dont like it, it can go good or very bad and make your face look worse, so i dont think its worth it, so anyways i was considering going to a dermatologist, but it would cost to much cause i dont drive and after the procedure I dont want to walking in te sun and wat not with my sensitive face so i will need a chartered taxi, but when i think about it, it might not cost that much if i go to a derm... close by. Anyways I will look into it, but my next option i was considering is the Neutrogena® Microdermabrasion System, I have heard great reviews about, they also do the procedure at my salon, but i rather go to a professional,so yeah stay tunned to see how it goes for me

Ok school start January the 24 and I have been thinking about some healthy food ideas:
Lets jump to lunch cause its been taking me a while to find the lowest calorie fulling sandwich:
1) Healthly life white bread


yes can you believe it 35 calories and it has mutligrain bread with the same amount of calories.
For the spread I was thinking Flora pro-activ extra its good for your heart and again low in calories just 22 calories for every 2tsp, so I can use 2tsp per slice of bread and thats less than 44 calories and it still gives you that butter flavour.

Next is the protein, there is a lot of options here turkey bacon, chicken breast, turkey breast, tuna, salmon and the list goes on and on, my personal favourite is Oscar Myers Chicken breast
The serving size for this is 6 slice and the calories per serving is 50, can you beleive that, my only problem with Oscar Mayer products like this is they are kind of high in cholersterol, but this may seems silly to some people, but since the flora spread had compound which is suppose to prevent cholesterol build up, I think it balances out the sandwich, well thats my opinion, you free to comment.
So lets see we have the bread, the spread and the meat, the last few things are the topping, I like to use ketchup and mustard, keeping to the classics. My choices are:
1) Mustard: Gold Gulden's Spicy Brown Mustard

For my veggies I like to use tomatoes cucumbers, pickles, lettuce, you can use whichever veggie you like and put in your sandwich
So how many calories does this delicious sandwhich comes up too:
2 slice of Healthy life white bread 70 calories
4 tsp of flora pro-activ ultra light 44 calories
6 slices of Oscar Mayer Chicken breast 50 calories
1 tbsp of Hellman's Low Calorie Ketchup 5 calories
2 tsp of Gold Guldens Spicy Mustard 10 calories
and my mixed Vegetables comes up too 21 calories
TOTAL: 200 Calories
Now you can add things to this sandwich to increase the calories if you like you can add another layer to it with meat, vegetables and a slice of bread or you can add more ingredients cheese, two types of meat and other thing, I personally add another layer and cheese cause I want to eat a 450 calorie lunch. I use a low fat fat cheese spread or slice and just thinly sliced tomatoes or pickles.
Well I will give you guys my ideas daily, so this is the first one a really big sandwich when I do it my way low in calories, you guys should try it and tell me what you think. Well tomorrow I will give you my salsa idea, and these lunch ideas are easy to make, there just using store bought products, but there low in calories and fat. Still Hustling Money (tips on how to get it QUICK)
Hey guys,
Today I am going to give you 3 tips for finding money when its really needed:
1. Your bank account
OK this may seem strange, you must be thinking if I had money in it then I wouldn't be reading this right now. Well a lot of people draw money from there bank accounts and use up there cash, but they also leave the little what cant buy anything, if your like me and have more than one bank account this may interest you
OK well I had a trust fund, and when I turned 18 the account became dormant, I drew out most of it and left some, thinking I could reopen an account there and just forgot all about it. Also I had money in another bank and all thats left in the account is $12, but i could really use that money now.
2. Family
Yes in situations like these family can sometimes be the answer, if you don't make it a regular thing, luckily me I have a really large family so if one says no the other may say yes. What you need to do is make your situation look urgent and try and make them see the importance of giving you the money. Also a little white lie never hurts despite what the Disney movies tell you
3. The internet
Searching the internet for quick online jobs, really do help a lot of people including me. Theres a lot of options out there now, to people. One I wish I could do is online surveys they are the latest internet craze for quick money, butt its really easy for people in American, which I am not, so I don't make money of it, I just end up wasting time, but there are lots of other things. Companies pay for people to advertise stuff on their sites and Facebook account, and who doesn't have a Facebook account.
Well guys I hope these tips helped, I'll try and think of others and tell you.

Trying to make money for Christmas Shopping
Hi guys,
Well this Christmas I wanted to drop about 10 pounds. I know what you must be thinking right now "I lose weight during the Christmas season, yeah right", but I am sure with the support from you guys its possible. Let me give you a little info about me I am a University Student, so I wont be going back to school till late January so I have 5 weeks, so if I lose 2lbs a week which is really possible, I can lose the 2lbs each week.
But heres the big question HOW DO YOU LOSE WEIGHT?
I mean we all know the basics eat right and exercise, but that cost money, which I don't have so my aim for today is to make so money. Well yesterday I bought 4 scratch an win game and lost all 4 (does that normally happen, or am I bad lucked ) and I bought lotto, which will play today, so wish me luck. Also I want money to go Christmas shopping and get myself done up.
OK back to the big thing, I want to recreate myself to feel good about myself, earlier this year I suffered from BDDS which is a Body Dismorphic Disorder. Its basically a disorder about when your displeased with how you look, that it consumes you. You cant eat, you have suicidal thoughts. Some of you guys most think its really stupid and about a year ago I would too, until it hit me and I just couldn't control myself, but I think everything happens for a reason and I think this happen to me to understand those who suffer from disorder even the simplest ones, I understand its not as easy as shaking it off, its a battle, so for all those suffering out there keep holding on. I am living proof you guys can win. (If you guys want to share your stories with me or find out more about mine, just tell me).
So other stuff about me I am also a little fashionista a big polyvore person and youtube, so expect to see stuff, I want this blog to be visual for you guys.
Well leave comments I am interested to hear what you think, this is my first blog, so don't be too hard on me later guys.
