Ok school start January the 24 and I have been thinking about some healthy food ideas:
Lets jump to lunch cause its been taking me a while to find the lowest calorie fulling sandwich:
1) Healthly life white bread

yes can you believe it 35 calories and it has mutligrain bread with the same amount of calories.

For the spread I was thinking Flora pro-activ extra its good for your heart and again low in calories just 22 calories for every 2tsp, so I can use 2tsp per slice of bread and thats less than 44 calories and it still gives you that butter flavour.

With 70% less fat than butter or margarine it’s a good choice for those watching their weight as part of a calorie-controlled diet and healthy lifestyle

There is a wide range of Flora pro-activ products all low in calories you can choose the one that best fits your needs

Next is the protein, there is a lot of options here turkey bacon, chicken breast, turkey breast, tuna, salmon and the list goes on and on, my personal favourite is Oscar Myers Chicken breast

The serving size for this is 6 slice and the calories per serving is 50, can you beleive that, my only problem with Oscar Mayer products like this is they are kind of high in cholersterol, but this may seems silly to some people, but since the flora spread had compound which is suppose to prevent cholesterol build up, I think it balances out the sandwich, well thats my opinion, you free to comment.

So lets see we have the bread, the spread and the meat, the last few things are the topping, I like to use ketchup and mustard, keeping to the classics. My choices are:

    For Ketchup I like Hellmann's Low Calorie Ketchup, 

    Calories and Nutrition Facts Label for Carb Options Low Calorie Ketchup - Fat, Carbohydrate, Protein, Fiber Points, Vitamins and Minerals
    For my veggies I like to use tomatoes cucumbers, pickles, lettuce, you can use whichever veggie you like and put in your sandwich
    So how many calories does this delicious sandwhich comes up too:
    2 slice of Healthy life white bread              70 calories
    4 tsp of flora pro-activ ultra light               44 calories
    6 slices of Oscar Mayer Chicken breast    50 calories 
    1 tbsp of Hellman's Low Calorie Ketchup  5 calories
    2 tsp of Gold Guldens Spicy Mustard        10 calories 
    and my mixed Vegetables comes up too   21 calories
    TOTAL: 200 Calories
    Now you can add things to this sandwich to increase the calories if you like you can add another layer to it with meat, vegetables and a slice of bread or you can add more ingredients cheese, two types of meat and other thing, I personally add another layer and cheese cause I want to eat a 450 calorie lunch. I use a low fat fat cheese spread or slice and just thinly sliced tomatoes or pickles.
    Well I will give you guys my ideas daily, so this is the first one a really big sandwich when I do it my way low in calories, you guys should try it and tell me what you think. Well tomorrow I will give you my salsa idea, and these lunch ideas are easy to make, there just using store bought products, but there low in calories and fat.
